We accept payments via credit card such as VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. Please note that you do not need a credit card to sign up for a Usersnap trial. For Enterprise plans, we also accept bank transfers for annual plans.

Does Usersnap offer customized purchase agreements?

In case your organization needs specific custom terms, we are happy to offer them in the Enterprise plan. We regularly work with companies from all sizes up to enterprises like Microsoft, Facebook and Canva.In terms of GDPR, we want to reassure you that we are 100% compliant.

What should I do if my organization has no VAT-ID?

If you are a customer from the EU or Northern Ireland, we require a valid VAT number. We apply the reverse charge system and you will not be charged for VAT on your invoice. Unfortunately, we can't offer you an account if your organization is in the EU and you have no valid VAT number. If you set your country outside the EU, you will not be asked for a VAT-ID.

What is a project? What is a space?

A project is a feedback widget or survey. You can start with a template and then add/remove components such as question fields, screen capture tools, intro and outro messages.

Projects are contained in spaces, you can create different spaces for different teams or product environments. Each space has an unique code snippet to install, it controls the targeting and display rules of the projects within that space.

Once the space snippet is added to your website or application, you only need to toggle the "set live/pause" button on Usersnap's project interface to activate the widget or survey

How many domains are allowed per account?

We currently allow one domain per account / company.

Although, you can set up as many trial accounts as you like and switch between them seamlessly in the top right hand menu.
